Terms of Sale

Last updated 23 July 2026 11:29PM AWST

These terms apply when you buy something from www.ariwoo.com.

Ariwoo is a business name of PXLVD, ABN 64 472 527 140, a sole trader based in Australia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person placing the order.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in AUD for customers in Australia and USD for everyone else. The currency you are being charged in is shown at checkout before you pay.

We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and none is shown. What you receive after purchase is an invoice, not a tax invoice.

Prices exclude postage, which is calculated at checkout, and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your own country.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full - for example if an item is mispriced, if stock turns out to be unavailable, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do this after taking payment, you get all of it back.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. We accept the card and wallet options shown at checkout. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.

Delivery

See Shipping & Delivery for dispatch times, options and international customs.

Returns and warranty

See Returns & Warranty. In short: faulty products are refunded or replaced with return postage reimbursed, change-of-mind returns are not offered, and nothing there reduces your Australian Consumer Law rights.

What these products are

We sell electronics and development hardware - breakout boards, components, kits and assembled units - for prototyping, evaluation and hobbyist use.

They are not certified or qualified for use in safety-critical systems, medical devices, life support, aviation, automotive control, or any application where a failure could cause injury, death, or serious property damage. If you design one into something that matters, that engineering judgement - and the testing behind it - is yours.

Documentation, schematics and example code are provided to help you, and are believed accurate, but are not a guarantee of suitability for your particular design.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows, and in any case to the amount you paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to equipment the product was connected to, lost time, or lost profit.

None of this limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Where those guarantees apply, they apply regardless of what this section says.

Intellectual property

The content of this site - writing, photographs, documentation and designs - belongs to us. You are welcome to use our example code and documentation in your own projects. You may not resell our products as your own or reproduce the site’s written content wholesale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
