This policy covers www.ariwoo.com, including the logs, the documentation, and the online store.
Ariwoo is a website name of business being operated under the Australian Business Register Name “PXLVD”, ABN 64 472 527 140, a sole trader based in Australia. If you have a question about anything here, email support@ariwoo.com.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you something and get it to your door. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
What we collect
When you just read the site. Nothing that identifies you. Our analytics are privacy-first and cookieless: we see aggregate page views, referrers and country, and we cannot single you out or follow you between sites.
When you create an account. Your email address, and your name if you give one. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google, and nothing else. If you sign in with a password, we never see it - it is hashed by our authentication provider before storage, and cannot be reversed.
When you place an order. Your name, delivery address, email address, and what you ordered.
When you pay. Your card details go directly from your browser to Stripe. They never pass through, and are never stored on, our servers. We receive only the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card.
When you contact us. Whatever you choose to put in the email.
Why we collect it
To take payment, to deliver your order, to answer your questions, to honour warranty and consumer-guarantee claims, and to keep the business records the ATO requires. That is the whole list. We do not send marketing email.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

Where your information is stored
Our database is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Some providers above process data overseas - Stripe, Cloudflare and Google operate globally. Where information is handled outside Australia, we rely on providers who commit contractually to protecting it.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 5 years, as required for Australian tax record-keeping. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Cookies
We use cookies only where they are strictly necessary - to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We set no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. This is why you will not find a cookie consent banner on this site.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. Database rules restrict every order and account record so it is readable only by the customer it belongs to. We do not store card numbers at all.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Email support@ariwoo.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep order records even after an account is deleted, for the tax reasons above.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing. The same address reaches us.
Complaints
If we have not resolved something to your satisfaction, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed.
